HubSpot Breeze AI Tool Overview

Updated: Dec 9, 2024

HubSpot Breeze AI

Recently, in September, HubSpot launched an AI tool to increase productivity, scale growth, and unlock actionable insights within customer facing companies called Breeze. Breeze was launched with three assistants called Breeze Copilot, Breeze Agents, and Breeze Intelligence, all of which we will get into later. But first let’s define what AI is.

What is AI?

AI, or Artificial Intelligence, can be defined as a basic meaning of a set of technologies that allow computers to perform tasks that would usually require user input as well as learn from experience, make predictions, and work with little to no human interaction. You likely are interacting with AI multiple times a day without even realizing it. Some of these interactions can be communicating with the personal assistant on your phone to sending a text message. The personal assistant on your phone is a conversational type of AI where you are able to hold a conversation with the software in order to complete the task(s) being commanded. Something as simple as typing up a message you would not have considered a daily life application, but it is. The little bar that provides possible words you may use above your keyboard is a predictive type of AI where your phone is tracking your messaging style and prompting you with words you would most use. If you are someone who works in marketing or sales your interactions with AI do not veer off the path too far. For marketers you could be interacting, or using, with AI through segmentation and targeting, chatbots, personalizing a customer's journey, or even advertising to your target audience. As sales reps you could interact with, or use, AI through analyzing data, improving customer service, or even personalizing offers for clients. Now with a basic understanding of AI and how it is applied to daily life, as well as the workforce, let's explore how Breeze AI may be the tool for you.

Breeze Suite

As mentioned before, Breeze is the umbrella for three other products launched under its name: Copilot, Agents, and Intelligence.

  • Breeze Copilot (productivity) – your own personal assistant that is always ready to help!

    • HubSpot was looking for a way to boost productivity within companies. So here comes Copilot, a chat prompt generative AI that accesses your CRM data to understand the company and comprehend your needs. This tool can transform the way you sell by researching companies, prepping for sales calls, building pipelines, summarizing CRM data, and so much more with ease. With the chat ability you are able to converse, as one would with a co-worker, to create content, edit drafts, and streamline tasks. By integrating AI into your workflow service tickets can be resolved in half the time as Copilot will use your CRM and provide solutions for tickets as well as improve customer satisfaction. To ensure maximum productivity it can be accessed on both desktop and mobile devices.

  • Breeze Agents (scale growth) - automate your business to promote growth!

    • HubSpot spotted an issue that companies were struggling with scale growth and expanding the workforce only for a fraction of it to happen. Which is why Agents is here to solve the problem. By utilizing this part of Breeze, you will be able to use AI in order to automate content marketing; by creating quality blogs, landing pages, and case studies using your businesses voice, social media; analyze performance, industry data, and create content, sales prospects; create and implement tailored outreach for potential CRM clients and enhance sale pipelines, and customer service; quick response time to site visitors with AI trained on the content of your website, blogs, and knowledge base. This all-in-one tool will enhance productivity but more importantly prompt the scale growth your company strives for.

  • Breeze Intelligence (unlock actionable insights) - your new business solutions partner!

    • HubSpot wanted to make sure they covered all their bases to help companies to achieve their best. Hence came Breeze Intelligence. This part of Breeze can provide business solutions with quality data to enrich your CRM. Intelligence is equipped with advanced LLM and AI data sourcing, that has over 200 million buyer and company profiles, that will improve form conversion rates, identify buyer intent when visiting your site, and regularly update your database. Since this tool has much to offer the popular features are data enrichment; enrich company and contact records to showcase decisions and convert top opportunities, buyer intent; discovering which companies are within your target market through the intent on your website, and form shortening; building forms that autofill information behind the scenes boosting conversion rates. This is the new business partner for sales reps and or marketers as they navigate automation in a new light.

Applied in the Hubs

Breeze can be used for both Sales and Marketing and here is how it could potentially work for you. Within the Sales Hub Breeze can be used for productivity and efficiency so sales reps can focus on tasks with higher demand, rather than smaller tasks that would take up time. Breeze can be used to automate repetitive tasks like generating personalized cold outreach emails, summarizing call notes, creating meeting prep materials, researching potential clients, and writing follow-up emails based on previous interactions. These are just a few of the things that can help with scale growth within a company based on one department, sales. Within the Marketing Hub the same concept can be applied to marketers where Breeze can generate social media posts, create blog post ideas, create landing pages, personalize email sequences, and research potential leads, basically streamlining content creation and outreach through AI to analyze data and generate tailored content based on your target audience using the businesses voice.

Cost

Now the question everyone most likely has lingering in their head ‘Well, how much does this amazing AI tool cost?’ This is where it gets a little sticky. You can get started with the Breeze suite with a free edition of Breeze Copilot and will be able to select free versions of Agents and Intelligence, but with a fraction of their abilities. But you may be asking ‘Now what if I want to be able to access everything Breeze has to offer?’ This is where you will have to purchase the premium editions of the Breeze suite on various levels. Here is the breakdown:
